The Most Beautiful Place in England (According Least According to Lacey)

Okay, so I have been putting off posting some pictures of our trip to England. Why? Beause we have soooooooooooo many of them. 1,303 pictures to be exact. So it's been a little overwhelming for me to have to actually sort through them and decide which are the best ones to post. This might take a few posts, but I thought I'd start with what I would say is the prettiest place in England:
The Lake District National Park.

I've done some amazing hikes in Idaho and Utah, but the hikes we took in the Lake District National Park were just unreal. The pictures don't even do this place justice. I have never seen anything so bright green in my entire life, and green just so happens to be my favorite color.

Part of our adventure in the Lake District was renting a Land Rover Destroyer (at least I think that is what kind of Land Rover it was) and took it off roading through the rocky backroads of the Lake District.

Believe it or not, these super rocky super narrow roads are actually considered public roads.

That is gorgeous! I love the lush green as well...one of the reasons I want to visit the UK someday. Ireland, Scotland, England, doesn't matter. Hope you had a great time!
